Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, managing user roles within your shop, and ensuring that phone lines and handoffs configured in the platform comply with applicable local regulations regarding caller notification.
Subscriptions & Billing
Subscription tiers (Lead Desk, Team Desk) are billed annually via Stripe after the applicable trial or referral terms. You may manage your subscription through your account billing settings.
Acceptable Use
The service is designed for legitimate plumbing and trade service shops. You agree not to use the platform for unlawful communications, unauthorized telemarketing, or intent to disrupt telephony infrastructure.
