Short answer
Bay preserves the phone event, applies your written callback rules, and gives a person a queue to review and own. It does not book or contact the customer by itself.
Call Desk capabilities
The product begins after the call event arrives and keeps the next decision visible.
Keep the caller, timing, transcript or summary when available, and source event together.
See the recommendation and the reasons behind it before anyone takes action.
Assign the next step, update status, and preserve a handoff the rest of the team can understand.
The current pilot is supervised: Bay recommends and organizes; your team approves and acts.
From phone event to callback
The pilot starts with the smallest responsible operating loop.
Use a verified Twilio number and, when desired, a configured Vapi assistant for the conversation.
Bay creates a call record and lead using the information the provider actually returned.
A person checks missing details, accepts or changes the recommendation, and owns the callback.
What stays in your control
Bay organizes work and records decisions. It does not invent certainty or authority your shop has not granted.
Bay Office private pilot
The application takes a few minutes. It does not activate service or create a charge.
